We are often asked which corset shape is right for me. We cannot give a clear answer to this question. Because it depends on the occasion or the reason. Corsets use their own size system. This means that the corset size may differ from your dress size. Please always measure your waist size before ordering.

With a made-to-measure order, you will receive a corset that fits your proportions perfectly. The more your proportions deviate from the average, the more likely you should order a custom-made product.

My standard size doesn't fit, can I exchange it for a custom size?

Yes, and there are no additional costs for this exchange. So the surcharge does not apply, because our aim is for you to be 100% satisfied after the first exchange. Simply enclose your measurements with the return shipment. Or write how the size should be different from your standard size, e.g. like size 44 but hip circumference +5cm and length -2cm

Do you also have large sizes?

Yes, all corsets are offered up to size 52 or 6XL. If this is still not enough, we can make the corset even larger during the customization process. Even if your measurements are outside the selection range for customization, we can make a corset for you. Just write to us briefly, we will be happy to help.

How do I choose the right length for me?

You will find information on the length of the closure strip for each model. Now take a look at the product photo. Take the point where the corset ends at the top center front as the starting point for your measurement. And now measure downwards using the value for the closure band from the product description. Now you have a good idea of how long this model will be on you. If you need a different length, we will be happy to make this for you in a custom order.

I need the corset in a different length. Is that possible?

With us, the customer is king. Your desired model is not available in your desired length. No problem. We can make the corset in the length you want. Just write to us.

Can you make me a corset from different materials?

Can I also supply you with materials for a corset?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. We use special fabrics for production. But we can find a fabric from our suppliers that is similar to yours. If, for example, you want to make your own skirt to go with your corset, we can also add the necessary fabric to your order at cost price.

Are the corsets real lace corsets, i.e. corsets that are suitable for waist reduction?

Yes, our corsets are real lace-up corsets. They have a multi-layer structure. We use a sturdy cotton material as the inner material. This increases the wearing comfort and at the same time absorbs the tensile forces. The outer material is then the upper material

How to lace a corset correctly

All our corsets come with multilingual lacing instructions. Once the cord has been correctly inserted, it is important to observe the following principle: Do not pull on the cord, but always pull slowly.

What do I need to bear in mind when taking off a corset?

It is important to loosen the back of the corset in the first step. In the second step, you can then open the closure strip or zipper at the front.

Difference between corset and corsage

For experts, the focus of the corset is on shaping the body. With the corsage, the focus is more on the visual effect as an attractive undergarment. The materials used for corsets are lighter. However, almost all laypeople use the two terms as synonyms. With this in mind, we also use the term corsage as a synonym in our store, although all of our products are corsets in the sense of the technical term.
